New HVOF spraying installation at Hannecard France

At Hannecard France, La Flèche, we just finished the installation of a High Velocity Oxygen Fuel cabin with spray gun. With spraying capacities for rollers up to 500 mm diameter, 3.800 mm length between centers and a maximum weight of 1.5 ton, this HVOF installation offers exceptional hardness coating possibilities for smaller industrial rollers.

The biggest advantage of this installation lies in the fact that the rectification part is integrated next to the cabin to minimize handling and optimize production.

This second spraying installation at La Flèche will make it able to raise our quality level even more and increase our delivery performances towards our customers.
