Never worry about lost roller data! Hannecard has started to embrace IoT by applying the innovative countroll TAG on its rollers. Thanks to this tag and the Countroll application that was especially developed for it, Hannecard as well as the customer will be able to collect all needed roller and roller covering data in a blink of an eye.

A quick scan with the countroll application will immediately give access to the roller label data, inspection reports, technical data sheet, technical plan. This application will also allow the customer to build up a history of the roller and its alterations, such as production, recovering, regrinding, mechanical repair and storage.
